Personal Data and other data submitted by or on behalf of a Customer to the Services through the App is considered by Flash Lead to be "Customer Data". As between the Customer and flash Lead, each Customer is the controller of its "Customer Data" and Flash Lead does not process that Customer Data by any means.
Any user of our App can delete his "Customer Data" at any point during his active period or after the account expiry, and if not deleted by the User within 90 days from expiry "Flash Lead" can clear permanently all the account "Customer Data" without holding any backups.
Before accessing your gallery we would like to inform you that we do not use or share any user-provided photographs / images with any third party or organization. We only use your provided images in profile, lead's data or in listing module.
When using the in-app dialer module, Flash Lead needs access to your contacts in order to make calls to them. Your contact's name , phone numbers and images will be accessed. Your contacts will be saved in our database and it wont be shared with any outside parties or organizations. Our primary goal is to ONLY show your contacts in the app so that you can call them while using the main app module.
We have a WhatsApp conversation module, where users can send the audio notes and we save it for app functionality to display the conversational notes.
Uploading of file and docs is an optional field in our app, and user may or may not upload depending on its usage. Your files will be saved in our database and it wont be shared with any outside parties or organizations. Our primary goal is to ONLY show files associated with the your leads in our app.
We do not share data collected with any third party or organization.
Flash Lead takes reasonable and appropriate steps to protect the security of Personal Data against unauthorized or unlawful access, use, destruction, loss, alteration or disclosure.
